warm stones. The stones will take your massage to the next level.
Reflexology, 30 minutes, $35

Allow the body to relax through the pressure points in the feet. Reflexology will target not only the muscles, but also the organs of the body.
Facial/Head Massage, 30 minutes, $35

Not only do the feet and hands have reflex points, the face does as well. In this session we will work the pressure points in the face, head, neck and ears. Hot compresses, essential oils, a deep cleansing, and mask will leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted.
Whirlpool tub, $25 for 45 minutes
Relax in a hot bath with essential oils and salts. The bath will soothe and relax tired muscles.
Sunlight Sauna, $20 for 25 minutes
Top of the line far infrared, dry sauna penetrates the muscles, allowing for a deeper sense of relaxation. The Sunlight Sauna is excellent for detoxification, relaxation, weight loss, pain relief, blood pressure, circulation and blood purification.
