In making your reservation we ask for a 50% room deposit for your stay. We will refund this deposit in full if you cancel 8 or more days prior to your stay. If you cancel with in the week of your visit we will hold onto your deposit for a future visit (minus $25 administration fee). Unfortunately, if you must cancel your trip with less than 24 hrs notice we are unable to refund the deposit.
